At Howdy Wallpaper, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, since our wallpapers are custom-made to your specifications, we have a strict no return and no refund policy. Below, we provide complete details on cancellations, replacements, and product-related concerns.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. No Returns & Refunds on Customized Wallpapers
Each wallpaper is printed based on your selected size, design, material, and measurement preferences (Inches, Feet, or Centimeters). Since our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or provide refunds under any circumstances, except in the rare case of:
✔ Manufacturing defects
✔ Shipping damage
✔ Incorrect product sent by us
We strongly advise customers to double-check their order details before confirming the purchase.
2. Order Cancellation Policy
- Before Production Starts: If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. Cancellations are only possible if production has not started.
- After Production Begins: Once the wallpaper is in the printing process, the order cannot be canceled or changed, as it is customized specifically for you.
3. Exchanges & Replacements
We only offer replacements under the following conditions:
✔ Damaged or Defective Product
If your wallpaper arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged during shipping, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the damage or defect
- A brief description of the issue
Once verified, we will send a replacement for the affected section free of charge.
Note: We are not responsible for damages caused by improper handling, installation errors, or external factors (e.g., exposure to extreme temperatures, moisture, or accidental tearing).
✔ Incorrect Product Received
If you receive an incorrect order due to an error on our part, we will replace it at no additional cost. You must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product.
4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Cases
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for the following reasons:
🚫 Change of Mind: Since each wallpaper is custom-printed, we cannot accept returns due to a change of mind or personal preference.
🚫 Incorrect Size Ordered: It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate measurements. We are not liable for incorrect dimensions provided by the customer.
🚫 Installation Issues: We do not accept returns for wallpapers damaged during installation. We recommend professional installation if you are unfamiliar with the process.
🚫 Color Variations: Due to differences in screen resolutions and printing processes, minor color variations may occur. We advise ordering a sample before purchasing a full-sized wallpaper.
🚫 Improper Storage & Handling: If the wallpaper is damaged after delivery due to improper storage, exposure to extreme conditions, or mishandling, we are not responsible for replacements.
5. Disclaimer on Customized Orders
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that:
✔ All wallpapers are custom-printed and cannot be returned or refunded once produced.
✔ You are responsible for ensuring that the measurements, design, and details provided are correct.
✔ Our wallpapers are for indoor use only, unless explicitly specified otherwise.
✔ Any modifications, cuts, or alterations made after delivery void any claims for replacement.
